Because our service is primarily free and instant, and does not involve the delivery of physical goods or long-term subscriptions, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Free Services

Most of our features are completely free to use. As such, no payment is required for the majority of our services. Since there are no charges, there is also no need for a refund mechanism for free usage.

2. Premium Plans (If Applicable)

If and when FushionHub vCard Generator offers paid features or premium subscriptions, refunds will be handled under the following conditions:

a. Eligibility for Refunds:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You are unsatisfied with a paid feature and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
A technical issue from our side has prevented you from using the purchased feature as intended.

b. Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

You changed your mind after using a paid feature.
You failed to understand the feature’s functionality before purchasing (please refer to our documentation and demo pages).
You misused or violated our terms and were suspended or restricted.

c. Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, we may issue partial refunds for partially used services, depending on usage time, severity of issues, and administrator discretion.

d. How to Request a Refund:

Your full name and email address
Payment receipt or reference ID
Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

3. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently suspend or terminate your access to any FushionHub vCard services.

We may revise this policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our Service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
